With Christmas Day right around the corner, trees across the nation are festooned with twinkly lights and baubles.
But one nightclub in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, has opted for some slightly more unusual tree decorations: tampons.
Camel Club, a popular nightspot among university students, created what it calls a "sani-tree" accompanied by a sign that reads: “Helping you through the festive period.”
The tampons are strictly for decorative purposes, however, as they have been removed from their protective packaging in order to be hung on the tree.
